Shipping

We ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

• Free shipping on all orders over €35.
• Orders under €35 are charged a flat €3.95 shipping fee.
• Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Subscriptions

If you chose Subscribe & Save, your reorder ships automatically on your schedule (every 30, 45, or 60 days) at 15% off. Pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel anytime — no fees, no commitment.

Returns

Because OVAHANG is a consumable health product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles for safety and hygiene reasons. Unopened, unused bottles may be returned within 12 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@ovahang.com with your order number; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo to support@ovahang.com within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement right away.
